Unbox & Prepare
Remove the hotspot from its packaging.
You should have the hotspot and a USB-C charging cable (and possibly a power adapter, depending on your seller).
SIM Card comes installed
Charge the Hotspot
Plug the USB-C cable into the hotspot and the other end into a power adapter or USB port.
Charge fully before first use—this helps maximize battery life.
Power On
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds.
Look for the startup screen – the display will show signal, battery, and Wi-Fi info when ready.
Connect Your Devices
On your phone/laptop/tablet, open Wi-Fi settings.
Find the Wi-Fi name (SSID) shown on your hotspot’s screen.
Enter the Wi-Fi password displayed on the hotspot’s screen.
Tip: The SSID and password are usually displayed on the hotspot’s screen or on a label inside the SIM compartment.
Basic Troubleshooting
If something isn’t working:
No network connection?
Check the SIM card is fully inserted and activated.
Move to an area with better signal.
Restart the hotspot.
Can’t connect devices?
Confirm you’re entering the correct Wi-Fi password.
Restart your phone/laptop and try again.
Slow or fluctuating speeds?
Placement matters—try near a window or higher up.
Disconnect some devices and test again.
Battery & Care Tips
The hotspot contains a built-in battery—don’t try to remove it.
Avoid extreme heat or moisture.
Clean with a dry cloth only.
