Getting Started
Step 1: Insert SIM Card
Remove the back or SIM slot cover and insert your SIM card (if not pre-installed).
Please make sure the SIM card is correctly oriented.
Step 2: Power On
Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the LED indicators light up.
Wait for the device to initialize and connect to the 5G network. The signal indicator will turn green when connected.
Step 3: Connect to Wi-Fi
Search for available Wi-Fi networks on your Wi-Fi-enabled device (laptop, phone, tablet).
Select the network name (SSID) of your JEXtream hotspot. The default SSID and password are printed on the label inside the back cover or on the Quick Start Guide.
Enter the password to connect.
Managing Your Hotspot
Changing Network Settings:
Open your web browser and enter the device’s IP address (typically 192.168.1.1) in the address bar.
Log in using the default admin credentials (printed on the Quick Start Guide or device label).
From here, you can change the Wi-Fi name (SSID), password, and other network settings.
Monitoring Data Usage:
The device's management page (accessible via IP address) allows you to monitor your data usage and connected devices.
Charging Your Device
Plug the USB-C cable into the device and connect the other end to the power adapter.
The battery indicator will show the charging status. When fully charged, the indicator will turn solid green.

Troubleshooting
No Signal: Ensure your SIM card is properly inserted and has an active data plan. Try moving to an area with better 5G coverage.
Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi: Double-check that you’re entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Press the Reset Button for 10 seconds to reset the device to factory settings.
Slow Internet: Performance may vary based on network conditions and the number of connected devices.
