For customers who have been contacted by PCs for People to replace their refurbished Franklin T9 SIM card, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Gently remove the nano-sized SIM card from the larger card. Hint: This is the smallest option! 

  2. Remove the back cover using the notch on the side of the Franklin T9 Hotspot.

  3. Remove the battery.

  4. Lift the LIFT tab and slide your Sprint SIM card out of the SIM card slot.

  5. Slide the T-Mobile SIM card into the SIM card slot. Make sure the shiny side is facing down and the T-Mobile logo is facing up. After installation, secure the LIFT tab back into place.

  6. Insert the battery.

  7. Replace the back cover.

  8. Your hotspot is ready to connect!
