Create Your Account without Placing an Order

  1. Visit pcsrefurbished.com for standard non-Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) orders and acp.pcsrefurbished.com for eligible ACP orders. 
  2. Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Complete the registration page by entering your information such as name, phone number, address, and log-in credentials. Please fill in all required fields. 
  4. Click the “Create Account” button below the login details section.


Please note that this method of account creation will not ask for eligibility documentation until you place your first order. At that time, you will be prompted to upload your documents during checkout. 

Create Your Account by Placing an Order

  1. Visit pcsrefurbished.com for standard non-Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) orders and acp.pcsrefurbished.com for eligible ACP orders.
  2. Browse through our selection of desktops, laptops, accessories, and internet options. 
  3. If needed, customize the computer to your needs using “customize and upgrades” to the right of the image. 
  4. Add items you would like to purchase to your cart, noting the prices for each item.
  5. Click the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.
  6. Click "proceed to checkout" which will take you to the registration page, where you will enter your information such as name, phone number, address, and log-in credentials. Please fill in all required fields. 
  7. Click the “Create Account” button below the login details section.
  8. Upload your proof of eligibility and photo ID. You will most likely use the individuals section to the right. After you upload the proof of eligibility, click "continue."
  9. Enter demographic information regarding your family and employment status.
  10. Review your addresses to make sure they are correct and add your payment information. The total will also be listed to the left. 
  11. Click "place order" to place your order.
