Customers who meet PCs for People's eligibility requirements can purchase a hotspot and thirty days (or more) of internet service to get started. They can then choose to renew monthly or purchase a multi-month subscription package.

Purchase & Renew Internet through the ACP Program
The FCC has announced that the ACP is projected to run out of funding in April 2024. No new enrollments will be accepted after 2/7/24.
Internet Speed and Data
- Visit our ACP Program portal online at https://acp.pcsrefurbished.com.
- Review and accept the ACP Terms on the website.
- Log in to your existing PCs for People account or create a new one if you’re a new customer.
- Verify your account data through the National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD).
- Receive a confirmation message and proceed to shop from the eligible ACP products including hotspot or modem, one month of internet, and available computer packages.
Standard Internet Purchase & Renewal
If you choose not to enroll in the ACP, you may purchase or renew your internet using our standard process, including selecting a multi-month internet subscription.

Your username is your email address and you created your password the day you purchased your internet.
